At Sori Style, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within [7] days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned with original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

How to Initiate Your Return:

Step 1: Enter your order number and reason for return

Step 2: You will receive instructions via email. Follow the provided instructions and select the items you wish to return.

Step 3: Upon approval of your return request, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

Return Labels: 

For eligible returns, customers will receive a pre-paid return label via email. Simply Download and Print the label and attach it to the return package. Drop off the package at your nearest postal service.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrect item received

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

We are not responsible for lost returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within [24] hours of placing the order.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
