At Sori Style, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Items must be returned with original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Earrings (Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned once delivered, unless they arrive damaged or defective.)
Personalized or custom-made items
Items marked as Final Sale
Gift cards

How to Initiate Your Return:

Step 1: Enter your order number and reason for return

Step 2: You will receive instructions via email. Follow the provided instructions and select the items you wish to return.

Step 3: Upon approval of your return request, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

SORI STYLE LLC is committed to fair and transparent returns for all customers.

Return Labels:

For eligible returns, customers will receive a pre-paid return label via email. Download and Print the label and attach it to the return package.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 additional business days to appear in your account

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

Defective
Damaged upon arrival
Incorrect item received

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund.
